Cultured or Fermented veggies, think sauerkraut and kim chi, are also probiotic-rich. They keep for months in your fridge, just a small amount is medicinal and
  • Helps heal your stomach, liver and intestines
  • Clears your skin
  • Improves your energy
  • Tones your intestines and flattens your stomach

I'm going to be out of town the weekend of your class. I'm really interested in the Kefir and know that I desperately need something like that for my digestion. Will you be holding the class again soon? Or do you have a recipe that you offer? Cookbook? Thanks.

hi Kim, there's been others with conflicts on that date so I am looking at other possibilities for future classes the end of October or beginning of November. We are getting into the holidays (between kids' parties, family commitments, etc) so it may be difficult.

But, if you have one or two other friends who are interested, I do do private mini-classes in my office kitchen! let me know!
